How do I get started with Propely?
Sign up for a free trial at propely.site/sign-up. You'll get access to all features for 14 days with no credit card required.
Can I import data from my current system?
Yes. Propely supports importing tenant data, property details, and lease information from spreadsheets. Contact our team for a guided migration.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and ACH bank transfers through Stripe. Invoices are available for annual plans.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.
Is my data secure?
